An Early Wednesday

Getting the proper amount of sleep (GOOD sleep) is something that supposedly helps you become (and stay) healthy. Last night I slept terribly: tossed and turned all night, had wakeful dreams, and woke up long before my alarm went off. Yet somehow, after few hours of bad sleep, finding out that my insurance DOES NOT cover my doctor (which I discovered before my appointment that didn’t end up happening), and drinking the swill that Panera calls “coffee,” I’m still in a delightfully cheery mood. I think part of it has to do with the fact that I’ve got Good Old War playing and don’t plan on listening to anything else for the next 3 – 12 weeks.
